Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from romass. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. To start a return, please contact us at service@zooone.one. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  4. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

  • romass Responsibility: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, missing items, defective or damaged products), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.

Refunds

  1. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically returned to your original payment method.
  3. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at service@zooone.one.
